Welcome back, I trust and hope that you all had a wonderful and magical Christmas!! 🎄

This month for an Aussie card group, I joined in two swap themes..
I was on a roll making cards and quite "in the mood" so ended up making two for each theme..
Hopefully my swap partners will enjoy receiving double.. 😉

I actually made this for a swap.. My many thanks need to go out to a lady named Michelle, who posted the step by step instructions.. I thought it a little intimidating, but thankfully I finally gave it a go and WOW, totally fell in love and just kept making more and more.. lol..

Layout of Jack

Another project from my recent Memory Maze DT post is this gorgeous layout featuring a stunning photo of my cousin Jackie..

I have used the colours from her dress (Black & Yellow) as inspiration for the colour scheme, with plenty of white to set them both off..
The base has been layered with some patter paper squares, doiley, stamp and stencil with modelling texture paste..

I used both a white and yellow spray mists..
The white frame around the photo has been painted white..
The two oval frames have been heat embossed..

Add some Manor House flowers and mesh ribbon to finish off the embellishments..

Christmas Multi Frame

Christmas Multi Frame

I have really been enjoying using this Kaiser range - Silver Bells this year! It's not often I come across a Christmas themed collection that I absolutely love, but this one certainly hits the spot for me..

I have used the papers and collectables with this great ATC frame piece from Memory Maze..
It is going to make a great center piece this year, as Christmas Lunch is being held at my house.. :)

The chipboard pieces have simply been painted..

I love this ATC frame as it gets my 9 different sections that I can embellish separately, yet it all still flows together thanks to this fun "snow"..

This photo shows some of the depth that I tried to achieve..

I still have all of these goodies leftover.. They are perfect for quick grab for cards in the future..

Teacher Cards - PART 3

PART 3

Today is the conclusion of this series of posts sharing with you the cards that Hunter and I made for his Prep teachers this year.. We put them all into a box and gave them to them for their Christmas Gift..

I went through a couple rolls of double sided tape and a roll and a half of 3D tape..
I used A4 white cardstock from the newsagent, only $12.99 for a 100 pack.. Much cheaper option and of course, white goes with anything.. lol..
Just over 1m of the white mesh ribbon & black twine,  some gesso & clear impasto, some washi, doilies, bling and flowers too..

Finally, all boxed up and ready to give to his teachers..
All of these cards 60 cards (4x6 inch size) + 37 mini cards (2x3 inch size) + 19 tags  - were all made in only 3 days.. 😀
